Our SA’s provided installation, support of system specific updates and modification of computer registries for all NIPR, SIPR and Coalition Microsoft Exchange and Sequel servers. They also provided enterprise monitoring and Tier 3 support for NIPR Forward Operating Bases (FOB), SIPR FOBs and 15 Coalition FOBs servers while monitoring real-time network\system functionality and correct or report outages to the appropriate office for corrective action. Our NA’s monitored all hardware components that make-up the network such as transmission equipment (Satellite and Microwave), switches, routers and wireless components and all traffic (electrons) traveling through the network for accessibility and speed of service. Our IA Engineers provided oversight and ensuring application of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) are properly installed and ensure correct network functionality by the System Administrators.
